Covancievitch v. Morris. — A judgment summons. Defendant was ordered to pay 10s per week. Alcorn v. Rooney, Shaw v, Lindblim, and M'Laughlin v. Toner, were enlarged, and in Shaw v. Brown, for L 3, a verdict went for complainant. A number of unimportant cases were decided, and the Court adjourned to 10th October. .
