(Before Mr Warden Whitefoord.) Wednesday, July 26. Peter Sheehan v. John Lally and party. — A complaint that defendants had flooded complainant's claim by neglecting to keep their tail-race in proper order. Damage claimed L 5. A verdict in favor of defendants was given, because it appeared the complainant was merely occupying his claim on sufferance, and by permission of defendants. No costs. A number of applications were disposed of, and the Court adjourned to the 9th August.
