[per greville's telegraph company, reuter's agents.] Nelson, July 18. Manson Sinclair^ son of Donald Sinclair, solicitor, while practising with a detonating needle revolver, got shot. One charge did not go off, and while trying to adjust the pistol the charge exploded, the ball entering his stomach. He went into the house, said he was shot, and lay down in bed. He is still alive but there ia no hope of his recovery.
