June, 1871, confirm the choice (made by the Creditors of HENRY JONES, of Grey- , mouth, carpenter, a bankrupt), of Harry Kenrick, of Greymoutb, gentleman, as Trustee of the estate of the said Henry Jones : And that the said Harry Kenrick, the Provisional Trustee, has become and now is - Sole Trustee of the Estate and Effects of " THOMAS ALDRIDGE, of Greymouth, bootmaker, a bankrupt : And further, that a Public Sitting of this Court will be held on TUESDAY, the 18th day of JULY, 1871, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, for the said bankrupts severally to pass their last examination and unless the Court otherwise directs to make application for their discharge, and such application will accordingly in each case be made.
