Bluff, July 1. The Tararua arrived ab 8 a.m. yesterday, after a four days sixteen hours passage. She left Saodridge afc 2 p.m. on the 26th Jiroe, and experienced fresh southerly and weslerly winds. Mr Duffy makes a Ministerial statement to his constituents to-night, and it is auxiously looked for.
