Gentlemen — In answer to your numerously signed requisition, I have great plea* sure in acceding to your request, and assure you, should I be elected, it will be my study to further the interests of the district. I shall hold my first meeting at the Road Board Office, Paroa, on Saturday evening next, at eight o'clock, and visit the principal mining centres as early as possible during the ensuing week, snd I have the honor to be, Gentlemen, Your most obedient servant, WILLIAM LEACH.
