"VT O T I C E . The Rev. Father CUMMINS, S.M., just arrived from Ireland, will attend in the Catholic Church of this town every morning and evening this week, and PREACH on SUNDAY. His special mission at present is to COLLECT FUNDS for a threefold object of importance to this diocese, viz. :— 'The first, to pay the passage of Irish and English Fathers preparing to come out here after him ; the second, to build a central bouse for Christian Brothers, and pay the passage of some now waiting. In fine, to build a fit residence for the Catholic Bishop of this Diocese.
TRINITY CHURCH, GREYMOUTH. A BAZAAR for the purpose of Liquidating the Debt on the above Church will be held (I). V )in the Volunteer Hall, on the 26th DECEMBER NEXT, and following days.
