NOTICE is hereby given that a Deed cf Arrangement, dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one, and made betwcea HARTLEY STUTTARD, WILLIAM ATHERTON HEATON, and GEORGE HENRY CHEVERTON, all of Marsden, in the County of Westland, and Colony of New Zealand, Storekeepers, carrying on business there under the style of "HARTLEY STOTTARD and C 0.," of the one part, and all and singular other, the Creditors of the said Hartley Stuttard, William Atherton Heaton, and George Henry Cheverton, of the other part, was this day filed in the office of this Court at Greymouth.
