Endowment Policies, and Annuities purchased for the benefit of wife or children, are exempted from the operation of Bankruptcy Acts, and from seizure under legal process. 2. Up to a certain amount, married women may effect Policies, and dispose of the money assured by will as if single ; and such Policies are free from the debts and control o£ their husbands. 3. Insurances may be effected for th benefit of wife and children, with power to apportion amount; and such insurance is to be free front the claim of creditors, to the extent of £2000.
