Order Offices in the Colony. ' The following advantages are secured by special provisions in the above-mentioned Actß:— . / 1. Up to a certain amount, Assurance Policies bona Jide effected by the assurred upon his own life, and Endowment Policies, and Annuities purchased for the benefit of wife, or children, are exempted from the operation of Bankruptcy Acts, and from seizure under legal process. 2. Up to a certain amount, married women may effect Policies, and dispose of the money assured by will as if single ; and stick Policies are free from the debL3 and control of their husbands. 3. Insurances may be ei^cied for th benefit of wife and oiildren, with power to apportion amount; and such insurance is to be free from the chum of creditors, to the extent of £2000. ; All persons wishing to obtain Life In* surances, Endowments, Annuities, immediate or deferred, or other advantages under the Acts, will receive every information and the necessary forms on application at any of the above-named offices.
