Up to a certain amount, married women may effect Policies, and d a pose of the money assured, by will as if single ; and such Policies are free from the debts and control of their husbands. 3. Insurances may. be effected for the benefit of wife and children, with power to apportion amount ; and such insurance is to be free from the claim of creditors, to the extent of £2000.
