Nelson, Mar. 19. The s.s. Phoebe has arrived with the English Mail.
The s.s. Wonga Wonga reached Auckland at 8 a.m. on Friday. She brings news that Neilson's mail contract is repudiated.
The Hon. Julius Yogel took his departure from San Francisco for Washington on the 13th January.
