Grey Valley travellers will find my New Road via Race-course, Cnrtis's Ferry, &c, the shortest, best, and cheapest. | I have great pleasure in announcing the opening of this important work, as it will be a great public convenience, and promises to be a profitable spec. I desire to return my best thanks to the strong corps of good bush and roadmen who volunteered their valuable services on easy terms. To Messrs Magoffin, Glenn, Phillips, and others, for stores, &c. To my creditors, whose kind indulgence has enabled me to persevere and overcome most unusual and unexampled obstacles. One and all may rest assured that every effort will be made to respond to their kindness, and quickly pay ; also to keep in good working order our GREY VALLEY ROAD, which will defy competition, and be a gratifying monument to all who contributed as above, which enabled me to undertake and. execute so important a work.
