[FROM OTJR OWN CORRESPONDENTS.] Christchuroh, March 8. The Circuit Court resumed yesterday. John James Smith, for stealing pictures, was sentenced to eighteen months' imprisonment. Walter Johnson, an old and hardened criminal, for larceny from a warehouse, three years' penal servitude. James Williams and George Cooper, charged with burglary, were acquitted. John James Keefe, for horsestealing, received three years' penal servitude. At the criminal sessions to-day, the colored man Cedeno, who stabbed the two servant girls, was found guilty of murder, and sentenced to death.
