NANCARROW, HENDERSON & CO., acting under instructions from the Board of Directors of the Moonlight Quartz Mining Company, will sell by public auction, without reserve, at their warehouse, Mawhera Quay, Greymouth, on Wednesday, the Bth March, at 2 o'clock (immediately after the sale of property already advertised for that day), The whole of the PLANT (in one lot) of the MOONLIGHT QUARTZ MINING COMPANY, as it at present stands upon the ground, in the Moonlight Creek, comprising, A BATTERY of eight head of stampers, All complete and in thorough working order, manufactured by Langlands, of Melbourne — Water Wheel, Trucks, Tramways, Sheds, Tools, &c, &c ; Together with the following (perfectly new) PROPERTY, at present lying in the stores of the undersigned : — I 1 Boiler, in plates, 9ft x 2ft Bin, with man-hole, door, bolts and rivets, and mountings, all complete 1 Force Pump 2 Patent Steam Ripples, with connections 1 Patent Block, with brasses 1 Pinion for Battery 2 dozen Gratings 41 feet Gas Pipe Quantity Stamp Shoes and False , Bottoms for Battery. M'KENZIE. rriAKE NOTICE that I, Thomas Gourlay, JL Bailiff of the Resident Magistrate's Court, Greymouth, will sell by auction on Monday, 6th day of March, at 1 o'clock, on the premises, south side of the Teremakau, all the right, title, interest, claim, or demand of S. M'Kenzie to the property held by him on lease or otherwise, unless this execution be previously satisfied, consisting of 1 weatherboard building, 12 x 15, on Government land, about 4 acres cleared and l£ acres under crop of potatoes.
