"MANCARROW, HENDERSON & CO., JLi under instructions from the mortgagees, will submit to public competition, for absolute sale, at their warehouse, Mawhera Quay, Greymouth, on Wednesday next, the Bth March, at 12 o'clock noon, The following valuable PROPERTIES in the Grey Valley District :— Ist.— -All that valuable Property, consisting of two full sections of land, situate at the corner of Clifton road and Camp street, in the Ahaura township, upon which stand the buildings known as M'KENNA'S ROYAL MAIL HOTEL, Bakery, and Dwelling-House adjoining ; together with Billiard Table, Furniture, Stock-in-trade, &c, and all the requisite conveniences on the premises for carrying on an extensive trade in both departments. 2nd. — All that valuable property situate on the Ahaura River, consisting of about 50 acres of land and premises thereon, known as the RED LION BREWERY, together with the Stock-in-trade and Plaut, complete in every respect for continuing the present extensive brewiug trade. ALSO, Eight Horses, with riding and pack Saddles, Pigs, Poultry, &c. ; AND The Bonk Deb's belonging to the above businesses respectively.
