Publicans' Purse, of 25 soys, open to all horses. Weight for age. Winner of the Town Plate to carry 71b extra ; of the Trial Stakes, 41b extra. One mile and three-quarters. Entrance, 3 soys. Greymouth Jockey Club Handicap, of 250 soys, open to all horses. Two miles ami a half ; second horse to receive 40 soys out of the stakes. The rules of the Greymouth Jockey Club will be enforced, unless when otherwise specified. No entry will be received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint, shall in all cases be final, and all law proceedings barred. Entries and Nominations to be made on Monday evening, 13th March, previous to nine o'clock.at the • lbion Hotel, Greymcuth. All Entries and Acc<ptun<:es must be in writing, specifying age and description of horse, colors of rider, and contain the requisite money. A ll horses must be ridden in colors. All parties entering a horse must pay tbe sum of 2 soys. to the Race Fund (unless a member of the Clul>), in order to qualify themselves, enterers for the Hack Race only being executed. : All stakes paid less 5 per cent, towards expenses.
