NOTICE is hereby v given that, in pursuance of the "Municipal Corporations Act, 1567," two Assessors and two Auditors will have to be elected on the First Day of March, 1871. Now, I, Edmund Wickes, Mayor of the Borough of Greymouth, do hereby appoint WEDNESDAY, the FIFTEENTH DAY of FEBRUARY, 1871, to be the Nomination Day, and notice is hereby further given that all nominations must be made in writing, signed by the candidates, also, by three qualified electors (as nominators), and delivered to me, at the Town Cleric's Office, on or before 4 of the clock p.m. of the day preceding the Nomination Day, and, furthermore, that the poll, if necessary, will take place on Wednesday, the First Day of March, aforesaid.
