♦ CAMPTOWN. Wednesday, February 1. (Before Caleb Whitefoord, Esq., R.Mr) Patrick Gleeson v. Ogden. — A claim for L 3 Is 10d, balance of an account for goods supplied at Nelson Creek. Defendant denied all liability. Judgment for amount with costs 19ls. Polin v. Palmer.— A claim for L 9 18s for bread supplied at Nelson Creek.. Verdict for plaintiff for full amount with costs. Defendant to pay LI per week. Polin v. Nicholls.— A claim for L 9 12s. A decision similar to that in the last case was given. Kane v. Williams. — A claim for L 5, cash lent. Judgment for amount and costs. W. S.. Campbell v. Morgan and Bird. — A claim for L 26 6s for goods supplied at Abe's Gully. Verdict for plaintiff for amount claimed with costs. Caffery v. Wilson. — An action to recover L 3 3a, the amount of a guarantee given by plaintiff for provisions supplied to defendant. -The plaintiff was nonsuited. Henry Mitchell y. Josiah G. Mackley. — A claim of LIO 10a for board, &c. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. Mnir v- Nicholls. — A claim for L2O 7s 6d for goods supplied at Nelson Creek. Verdict for amount claimed and costs. Same v. W. Burnett and Mortimer. — A claim for L 2 4s 3d. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. The Court adjourned to February 14.
