Judgment for amount claimed with costs. Rudler v. Murtagh — To recover L2O, for work done in a claim, at the Deep Lead, Nelson Creek. No appearance of defendant. Judgment by default for the amount claimed with costs. Brennan v. Murtagh. — A cUim of LI IS>3 8d for "beef. Judgnienb by default for amount and costs. Gondy v. Muriagh— L4 7s 9d, for bread. Verdict for plaintiff by default with costs. ' Fitzgerald v. Haily — A claim of L 8 5s lid, for butcher's meat. Plaintiff admitted the debt. Verdict by consent with costs of Court. Campbell v. Swainson — A claim of LI 4 2s 6d for flour supplied. Judgment for plaintiff by default for full amount with costs. A frivolous action for assault alleged to have been committed at No Town, in which the plaintiff claimed LlO damages, was dismissed. The Court adjourned to the 24th December.
