PROSPECTS OF PEACE.
The captain of the Wonja Wonga brings news that Bhmarck and Jules Favre were to have an inlerview the day after the lafe3t telegram, with a view to arranging the terms of peace, and that this was being done with the concurrence and approval of the British Government.
