NAPOLEON.
Friday, November 4. (Before Mr Warden Whitefoord.) Hearse v. Donovan. — A dispute about the ownership of a portion of a section at Half - Ounce Creek. A considerable amount of evidence was taken, and judgment was given for complainant, with 15s costs. Mr Drury for complainant. After disposing of eleven unopposed applications, the Court adjourned for one month.
