PEROTTI, having disposed of his business in the above Hotel, begs to recommend to the favorable notice of all his old friends and constituents Mr EDWARD ANCHER as his successor, and to assure them that the well-known energy of that gentleman will maintain the prestige that the Commercial Hotel has always enjoyed. In succeeding, this day, to the business hitherto carried on by Mr Perotti, the undersigned begs to state that every attention requisite to secure the comfort of his friends and the public will be made by him. All the arrangements of the Hotel will be supervised carefully, and visitors will find the Commercial Hotel to be inferior in accommodation to none on the Coast. The Wines and Spirits are carefully selected, and upon trial will merit the approbation of every connisseur. The two Billiard Tables are the best in the district, and are constantly attended by careful markers.
