Cochrane, to fell by auction, on the premises, on Friday, 7th October, at 1 o'clock, That well known first-class Hotel, the CANADIAN, on Richmond Quay, having a first-vate connection and doing a business scarcely second to any in Greymouth. It has thirteen rooms, bar, kitchen, washhouse, and storeroom, the whole in the best condition. The Furniture consists of — Horsehair Couches and Chairs Loo and other Tables Beds, Bedding, and Bedroom Furniture Clocks, Oil Paintings, &c, &c, &c. 'together with The Bar Fittings and Stock-in-trade of Wines, Spirits, &c, &c. Also, A three-roomed Cottage (let separately) immediately at the back of and belonging to the hotel.
