The following paragraph, translated from a paper published in Sweden, has been s&»t na ior publication :— " Gold has been found in a small river called Ivalojoki, on the borders of Sweden and Finland, withii the arctic circle, where three sailors,' experienced in gold digging, obtained nearly seven pounds weight in three weeks, during the latter end of last summer."
