[from our own correspondent.] Dvnedin, Aug. 3. ! The schooner Daphne returned to the Bluff yesterday. She met H.M.S. Blanche, which searched the Auckland Islands and found nothiiig. Logan's Company has crushed 300ozs for a week's work. There is very little further information respecting the gold robbery. The Bank of New Zealand lost L 4500. .T he. exact quantity of gold stolen was 21620z3. The thieves left behind 1858ozs, and two parcels of notes. The empty boxes were found yesterday in a water-hole fifty yards from the camp. The Government intend offering LSOO reward. It appears that the lock-np has been left unguarded for the last two years. ......
