Ihese commodious premises consist of Hotel, Store, Bar Parlor, Dining- Room (the partitions of which can be removed by slides and the whole thrown into one commodious Ball or Concert Room), one Sitting Room, five spare Bedrooms, with detached Kitchen. The reasons the above firm have for selling are they wish to remove to a more central position for the carrying on of their upcountry business.
