AN EARLY CLOSING MOVEMENT WANTED.

(to the editor.) Sir— Permit me through the columns of your paper to bring my grievance before the public, and to ask their assistance in doing away with it ; I refer to the late hour of closing on Saturday night. If the public will only assist us by making their purchases before nine o'clock the employers would, for their own sakes, be glad to close at that hour, I am, &c, A Draper s Assistant.
