The editor of the Missouri Landmark asks his readers to excuse the looks of his paper, as he is in bed from the effects of a fight with a delinquent subscriber. " Bad luck to the lawyers !" exclaimed a disconsolate suitor to his witness. ' ' No.no ; don't wish them bad luck, for they thrive on misfortune."
