Notice is Hereby Given that a Regulation of the Council of the Borough of Grey mouth, under Section No. 1, of part five of the thirteenth schedule of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867," and made in pursuance of the said Act, was pro* posed at a meeting of the Council of the said Borough, held on the 22nd day of April instant, and the intent of the said Regulation is to repeal the Regulation of the said Council heretofore in force in the Borough, and made under the above-numbered section and part, relating to buildings, chimneys, &c, and to make other provisions for the regulation of buildings, chimneys, &c, within the said Borough : And Notice is Hereby Fukther Given thatthe said Regulation for the above-mentioned purposes are deposited for the inspection of any person interested therein, at the Council Chambers, Gresson street : Amd, Furthermore, that the same will be considered at a meeting of the said Council, to be held next after the expiration of seven days after the date of the publication of this notice.
