In consequence of the heavy rains and the flooded state of the river, Mr Langdon has Postponed his GRAND FREE BALL, Till THIS EVENING, 12th APRIL, when he will be in a better position than on the last occasion to entertain his guests. Hanson's, Carroll's, and Wick's Boats will leave the Wharf at three o'clock, conveying passengers free of charge to the Ferry and back.
