WARDEN'S COURT— AHAURA.
Thursday, March 3. (Before C. Whitefoord, Esq., Warden.^ Cahill and party v. Vincent and party. — Interfering with complainants' prior registered right. Summons not served; enlarged to 15th inst. Doyle and party v. Thomas Walsh. — The complaint was that the defendant had, by misrepresentation and deceit, obtained a certificate in the Golden Flower Reef, and they claimed that the same should be cancelled. Adjourned to the loth instant, complainants to pay 10s costs. James O'Brien v. Thos. Walsh.—Defendant refuses to transfer to the plaintiff one-sixth share in the above-mentioned reef. Adjourned to the 15th instant, costs to defendant, 10s. Regis, Jacks and Party v, Rourke and party. — Illegal possession of plaintiffs' protected claim. Settled out of Court. Auny Jingley v. Watson and party. — This was a claim for damages amounting to LSO, on che ground that the defendants, did, at Noble's, run tailings upon the business site of the complainant, and thereby injure a dwelling-house erected thereon. The complainant's case was partly heard, when it was, on crossexamination, elicited that Miss Jingley was a married woman, that her husband was living, and the suit being instituted without his knowledge or sanction, a non-suit was moved for and granted, with L 4 Is costs.- It is rumored that the case will be brought on again, and "we are informed it will be very stubbornly contested. ' The' Court adjourned to the,.lsth inst.
