(Before W. H. Revell, Esq., R.M.) ■**.. Saturday, Ibbbuahy 26. Jam.es Hicks was charged with being drunk and disorderly, and fined Ll or 48 hours' imprisonment. He was further charged with using obscene language, and* was again fined Ll, or in default 48 hours' imprisonment. Susan Callan was charged with, similar offences, and for the first waa fined L 2 or four days,' imprisonment, while for the second she was lined L 3, op in default one weeks 1 imprisonment. Monday, Fubrt/aby 28. James Livingstone was charged with, being drunk and disorderly on Saturday night. Having been locked up until this morning the cajse was dismissed.
