♦ Monday, February 21. (Before Mr Warden Revell.) O'Driscqll Egau y. Gavin— and same, v. Stevens. Both cases adjourned to Wedr nesday for the production of witnesses. Same v. Gavin and Panckhurst, asking that they he compelled to give up posses? sion of head-race and to transfer right of claimant. Decision was reserved in this case for the production of f urthor evidence and also to consider whether Egan, who only, held a miner's right under the name, of Daniel Burke, was entitled to sue as ' such; the adjournment to he heard on Wednesday. '
