Murdoch. — Claim of L 3 ss. > The defendant paid into Court L 3 ss, and disputed Ll as an overcharge on the hire 1 of a horse. Judgment for the amount claimed and costs. Faulkner and Simmons v. Skelton and party. — This was a re-hearing of a case ' j decided in May, 1867, a claim of L 9 ss, for clothing and stores.
