IRELAND.
Dublin, Nov. 10, Archbishop Cullen, iv a pastoral letter just issued, exhorts all members, of societies similar to tho Fenian organisation to abandon them. He adverts to the j qvils sustained by Spain and Italy through the actions of such societies, aud says the members of such organisations will incur the penalty of excommunication, and cannot participate in the jubilee just published.
