The amount of revenue recwvel at the Custom House, Greymouth, during .the month of December was as follows : — Customs duties - - £4345 5 10 . : Light dues - - 16 5 Arms Act - - 1 17 0 Gold duty - . WesUaud - - 546 15 5 Nelson ■ - - 772 .0 8 £5667 5 4 During the quarter ended 31st December, the total amount of revenue received at the Greymouth Custom House was L 15,316 6s ]od, of which L 11,591 19s 2d were customs duties, the gold duty £3711 5s 2<l, arid the balance sundries. The gold duty represented an export of 29,6900z ldwt 4gr, in addition to the gold shipped here, upon which duty was paid at Westpoit.
