Notice ts Hereby Given, that all persons residing within the limits of the Borough of Greymouth, and dealing in kerosene, or any other dangerous goods, are required to obtain a license from the. 'Council of thp 'Borough for the keeping of all such goods upon their premises,' and that the said Council will receive such applications and grant the same in accordance with the provisions of the Dangerous Goods Act, 1869. Am> Notice is Hereby Further Given that all such dangerous goods kept upon any I premises, contrary to the provisions of the Dangerous Uooils Act, 18(59, are liable to be forfeited, and iv addition thereto tue occupier of the premises in which such dangerous goods are kept is liable to a penalty of twenty pounds (£'2o) per dtiy for each day, during which such dangerous goods are kept, in contravention of the said Dangerous Goods Act, 18U9.
