Whereas information hath this day been 1 laid before the undersigned, one of her Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said Colony, for that you on the 11th day of November instant, at Greymouth, did allow "one Dark Bay Mare with black points, aged, and about 15 hands 1 inch in height," tn wonder at large in the streets of the town of Greymouth These are therefore to command you, in hor Majesty's name, to be and appear on MONDAY, the 15th NOVEMBER instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Gteymouth, before such Justices of the Peace as may then be there, to answer to the said information, and to be further dealt with according to law.
