Prince Arthur arrived at Halifax, where he had a public reception. An accident occurred at a coal mine in Plymouth, Pennsylvania. The timbers caught fire, and 200 men and boys were suffocated. A heavy gale at Boston destroyed property of the value of a million dollars. [The above was issued as an "extra' from this office yesterday forenoon.]
