I hereby gi\re notice that William Erans, residing at Hokitika, has applied to the Warden at Pounamu for a Special Claim of Nine Acres of Land on Shed flat (for the purpose of stacking tailings thereupon), which 1 have marked out ; and that any person desiring to object to the grant of such Special Claim must enter his objection at the office of the said Warden before Friday, the sth November, on which day the application will be heard.
