ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF GREY, In pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New .Zealand mtituled "The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," I, John Henry Lowe, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Grey, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the twenty-second day of September, 1869, issued under the hand of his Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of two qualified persons to serve as Members of the Provincial Council of the Province of Nelson, for the said Electoral District ; and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Court House, at Cobden, on Taesday, the second day of November, 1869 ; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on Friday, the fifth day of November, 1869.
