[ADVERTISEMENT.] (To the Editor of the Qrey River Argtis.) • Sir —ln reply to the letter appearing in your last issue, " signed "by Captain Deare, of the " Greymouth" Tug Dispatch, and in which I am requested to apologise, I beg to inform you that I have no apology whatever to make. I should, however, strongly recommend the captain of the " Greymouth" Tug Dispatch to use his time to more advantage, for, had he towed in the vessels which were laving outside, instead of usiug his " valuable time" in addressing letters to papers, it would have been more to the interest of the owners of said vessels, as well as that of the consignees.
