Whereas information bath this day been laid before the undersigned, one of her Majesty's Justices of the Peace, in and for the Colony of New Zealand, for that you on the seventh day of September instant, did allow one Bay Horse, with black points, star on foreuead, 144 bands high, to wander at large in the streets of the Town of Greymonth, contrary to the Ordinance in that case provided. This is to command you to appear on FRIDAY, the 10th SEPTEMBER instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Greymouth. before such Justices of the Peace as may then be there, to answer to the said information, and to be farther dealt with according to law.
