ITALY.
A severe shock of earthquake has been felt at Bologna. The Duke and Duchess of Saxony have been stopped by brigands, who, on learning their titles, released them with apologies. Political- affairs are in an unsatisfactoiy state. The fall of the Ministry is believed to be inevitable. Ratazzi will probably be the next Prime Minister. The speech of the French Emperor at Chalons caused great consternation at the Vatican.
