The schooner Colleen Bawn, from Kaiapoi, arrived in the roadstead yesterday morning, aad sailed about until tide-time, when the p.s. Dispatch ran out anil brought her to the wharf. She has madp the tun round in stx days. She brings a cargo of produce, which is consigned to Messrs I). Maclean and Co. The s.s. Tararua is announced to leave the Hokitika roadstead for Melbourne direct on Sunday. As she does not call here, the p.s. Persevere will take down the passengers from this port to-day at three o'clock. •Che s.s. Kangitoto, from Melbourne direct, with the English mail, is due at Hokitika on Wednesday. We learn that the s.s. Kennedy arrived at Sydney on the 20th tilt., after a favorable passage of eight days from Nelson. The p.s. Charles Edward, Capt. Palmer, came up from Hokitika yesterday morning. There was a strong ebb-tide, combined with « considerable fresh in the river running out at the time, but the bar was taken without hesitation, and the Edward came in easily, and moored alongside the wharf. From Nelson, Westporfc, and Hokitika «he brought a large cargo, which was landed yesterday, and after taking in a return cargo of coal, she left again on the evening tide for Westport and Nelson. ' The s.B. Murray, Capt. M'Gillivray, arrived in the roadstead early yesterday afternoon, and took the bar at 5.30 p.m., coming to the wharf- against a strong fresh in the river, an<J moored at her owner's wharf opposite the Union Hot L She -will land her cargo torday, and leave on Sunday morning at six o'clock for Hokitika, Westport, and ifeteon. -
