"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the -^-~ partnership hithe rto existing between me and James Kittelty, late of the Saltwater, Boatman, and carried on under the style or firm of " Kittelty and Company,' 1 has this day been dissolved by me; and further, that I will not be responsible for any debts which the said James Kittelty may hereafter contract.
