She discharged cargo yesterday, and will leave for Hokitika early this morninp. The schooner Ann, Captain Bonner, from Motueka, arrived at Charleston on Tuesday, and after discharging a portion of her cargo, left for this nort the following morning. She anchored off the bar on Wednesday forenoon, and was brought in by the p s. Dispatch in the afternoon. She was loaded up yesterday hy Messrs Kennedy Bros,, and will sail this morning for Charleston. The s ho-^ner Falcon, Captain Anderson. from New Plymouth, arrived in the roadatead on Wednesday forenoon, and was brought in by the p.s. Dispatch in the afternoon. She left New Plymouth on Saturday last, and brought a cargo of produce, which was sold on the wharf yesterday by Messrs D. Maclean and Or, Tbe 8 8. Gothenburg Captain Underwood, from Melbourne, via New Zealand ports, arrived in the roadstead during Thursday night, and was tendered at 5 a.m. yesterday by the p.s. Dispatrb. She sni'led from Hohson's Bay at 3 p.m. on the 20th ; passed Port Phillip Heads at 6 pm., and Capp Sehanck at 8 p.m. same evening ; experienced fine weather and S.W. winds during the passage. Passed the Solander at 8.30 a.m.: and entered Bluff Harbor at 5 p.m. on the 25th; discharged careo, and sailed at 4. 10 p.m. on the 26th. Passed the company's steamer Eangitoto off the Nuggets, bound South, and arrived at Dnnedin at 7 20 a m. on the 27th ; left again at 4.30 p.m. oh the 29th, and arrived nt Lyttelton at 1 p.m. on the 30th ; sailed at 8 p.m. on the 31st, and arrived at 1 p.m. on the Ist June. Left that port at 7.30 p. m. same day, and arrived at Nelson at noon on the 2nd ; discharged 100 tons of cargo, and failed for the Grey at 3 a.m. on the 3rd, arriving as above. Here fhe landed four cabin and six steerage paspengers, and shipped sixteen passenpers, and lOOOoz. of gold from the Bnnk of Australasia. 139fioz. from the Bank of New Zealand, and 17420z. from the Union Bank. She then left for Hokitika.
