" XLI. — Whenever the fees due in respect of the custody of a Crown Grant shall amount to above one pound, the same shall be recovered by the Commissioner in a summary manner." Notice is Hereby Given that the confirmation of a resolution to borrow the sum of Five Thousand Pounds " (£5000), passed on the twenty-ninth day of April, 1869, at a meeting of the Coimcil of the Borough of Greymouth, will be moved at the meeting of the said Council, to be held at the Council Chambers, in Gresson street, Greymouth aforesaid, on Thursday, the third day of June, 1869.
