The Lord Chancellor is said to be preparing a " comprehensive measure" for the reform of the Bankruptcy Law. In Glasgow, a poor old woman was knocked down by a velocipede in the Trongatc, and received such injuries that she died soon aftrr. The velocipede was being driven at full speed by four young men, who are in custody. : ,;'
